Fox Paradox Cafe, Setia Alam

I'm still thinking about the pasta I had at Fox Paradox Cafe. The Prawn Truffle Carbonara was an absolute standout. It was luxuriously creamy, with a wonderful truffle aroma that hit you as soon as the plate arrived. The sauce coated the pasta perfectly, and the juicy prawns were a great addition. We also ordered the Venetian Slow Cooked Lamb Pasta, and it did not disappoint. The lamb was tender and flavourful, and the spiced tomato sugo had a real depth to it. The raw egg yolk on top of both dishes added an extra level of richness that brought everything together. If you're looking for delicious and well-executed pasta, you need to give this place a try!

Nice environment, good selection of music with cosy vibe. Staff welcome with smile and clear instructions, especially on weak network coverage. Food plating looks gorgeous, and portion is huge. Taste need some improvement though as it came a bit too light for my palette. Overall very nice experience

Delicious! Most of the dishes highlight protein. My best dish was the slow cooked lamb salad for its combination of flavour and texture. Followed by the pastas and basically cado, a sandwich, that were delicious but not wow. All the proteins and pasta were cooked perfectly. But the chicken brioche was mediocre. Price is on a higher point, and justified by the good quality ingredients used, flavours, and a really chill and contemporary environment. Service is great. Though, I don't get their choice of tables and chairs. Tables are small for a restaurant focused on meals instead of drinks and dessert. Chairs are not uncomfortable, but is synthetic leather which does not match the overall environment and price point. There is also a strange fragrance in the air which I didn't appreciate. Edit: brownies were superb!

We ordered the Big Meat and the Venetian Slow Cooked Lamb Pasta for lunch. The pasta was delicious, and this is my first time eating crisp kale. I never knew it was this delicious! The food arrived quickly despite them having informed us of a 25–35 minute waiting time. Wish i could try their pesto too
